QSM11 E-Governor

XCEC QSM11 series generator drive engine is a 6-cylinders in line,10.8 liter four-strokes engine with 125mm bore and 147mm stroke. The prime power for 50HZ generator set (1500RPM) of XCEC DCEC QSM11 series generator drive engine is 292 kW. The prime power for 60HZ generator set (1800RPM) of XCEC QSM11 series generator drive engine is 319 kW.
XCEC generator drive engines have different configurations which have different power output, with code T in the engine model name means turbocharged engine, code TA in the engine model means turbocharge with water-air intercooler and code TAA in the engine model means turbocharge with air-air intercooler. Advantages of QSM11 G-Drive Engine

1. DCEC PT fuel system, ultra-high injection pressure, to ensure good engine atomization and full combustion. The STC timing system ensures better combustion under high and low load conditions.

2. The piston adopts the latest aluminum alloy casting technology. The ω-shaped head and articulated design can compensate for thermal expansion and contraction to ensure a good fit.

3. The crankshaft is an integral crankshaft made of high-strength forged steel. The induction hardening process of fillet and journal can ensure higher fatigue strength of the crankshaft.
