ISF3.8s3141 Automotive Engine
BFCEC DCEC ISF3.8s3141 automotive engine is a 4-cylinders in line, 3.76 liter four-strokes engine with 102mm bore and 115mm stroke. Equipped with Electrically Control High-pressure Common Rail, engine comes with Turbocharged and Air- Air intercooler. The prime power at 2600RPM of BFCEC DCEC ISF3.8s3141 automotive engine is 141 HP.

1. It is synchronized with DCEC advanced design and sophisticated manufacturing, adapts to harsh working conditions, and has high-intensity and heavy-duty work capabilities.
2. The Holset wastegate valve makes the low speed performance more perfect and the power performance better.
3. The cylinder block and cylinder head adopt integrated design to prevent the occurrence of engine water and oil leakage. The parts are 40% less than other similar engines, and the failure rate is greatly reduced.
4. Using forged steel camshaft and crankshaft, high-strength cylinder design, many parts are cast on the cylinder, with high rigidity, high pressure resistance, good reliability and longer service life.
5.The cylinder liner adopts a platform mesh honing design, which effectively prevents oil leakage with a perfect geometric structure, and adopts advanced technology such as new piston ring components and gasket crimping molding to reduce oil loss.
6. Holset supercharger with integrated wastegate valve, low speed response and strong power.

1. The Marine gearbox has the function of reverse, clutch, deceleration and the thrust of the propeller, which is equipped with the main engine to form the Marine power unit.
2. The “transfer capacity” refers to the ratio of the engine’s rated power to the rated speed, and the reduction ratio corresponds to the transmission capacity, which should be less than the number be offered.
3. The gearbox and engine shafting are not allowed to use rigid connection, and the bracket is recommended to be installed on the same rigid support.If the engine is mounted on the elastic support, and the gearbox is installed on the rigid support, please contact the technical department of the company to select the suitable high elastic coupling.
4. The weight of the gearbox is approximation, for different reduction ratio the weight is different.
