CCEC is one of the Cummins 50:50 joint venture in China, CCEC is the short name of Chongqing Cummins Engine Company, which take the first letter of each word and put together as CCEC, CCEC was established In the year of 1995, Producing Cummins K, M, N Series mechanical and electronic engines.
Covering 11 to 50 liters engines with the power from 145 to 1656kw. CCEC engines are widely used in Energy, Marine, Construction machinery, Water pump set and railway’s applications.
What is KTA50 Engine?
KTA50 engine is one of the classic engine model produced by Chongqing Cummins Engine Company.
CCEC KTA50 engine is a V 16 engine, which is V-type engine with 16 cylinders , the displacement is 50.3 liter , The overall dimensions of is 3000mm*1800mm*2500mm and the net weight is 4946 KG.

CCEC K50 series Industrial Engine is V type16-cylinder, 50.3 liters four-strokes engine with 159 mm (6.25 in) bore and 159 mm (6.25 in) stroke. CCEC K50 series Industrial Engine equipped with PT Fuel System, comes with turbocharger. The prime power range of CCEC K50 series Industrial Engine is from 1600 HP to 2000 HP (1194 kW to 1492 kW). The torque range of the K50 Series Industrial Engine is 5071 N.m to 7865 N.m.
To achieve different output, CCEC K50 series Industrial engine have three configurations which are turbocharged engine, turbocharge with water-air intercooler, turbocharge with air-air intercooler. In the detailed model name, code T means engine come with turbocharger, code single A means engine comes with water-air intercooler, and code double A means engine comes with air-air intercooler.
