DCEC QSB3.9-G2 G-Drive Engine
DCEC QSB3.9-G2 generator drive engine is a 4-cylinders in line,3.9 liter four-strokes engine with 102mm bore and 120mm stroke.
Equipped with Electrically Control High-pressure Common Rail, comes with turbocharger and Air-Air intercooler.
The prime power for 50HZ generator set (1500RPM) of DCEC QSB3.9-G2 generator drive engine is 63kW.

The integrated design of cylinder block and cylinder head prevents water and oil leakage from the engine. About 40% less than the same type of engine, the failure rate is greatly reduced.
Forged steel camshafts and crankshafts, high-strength cylinders, cast on multiple cylinders, high rigidity, high pressure resistance, good reliability, and long service life.
The platform hones the cross hatch cylinder hole, and the perfect geometric structure can effectively prevent oil leakage. Advanced technology such as new piston ring assembly and gasket crimp shield to reduce oil loss.
Cylinder block and cylinder head adopt integrated design, which eliminates the occurrence of engine water and oil leakage. The parts are about 40% less than other similar engines, and the failure rate is greatly reduced.
The three-stage fuel filter ensures a balanced level of particle dispersion, protects the main components of the fuel system, and maximizes the life of the engine.
