Advantages of DCEC 6BTA5.9-C150-II Pump Drive Engine
Compared with similar models, fewer parts and fewer operating failures significantly reduce the overall maintenance cost of the engine, and shorten the maintenance time by 50%.
Platform honing cross hatch cylinder hole, perfect geometric structure, effectively prevent oil leakage, advanced technology, such as new piston ring assembly and gasket crimping protection, reduce oil loss.
The intake air preheating device and the 6.6kW high-power starter greatly improve the cold start performance of the engine. Passed the -36°C test in the Arctic Village Mohe at extremely low temperatures.
The cylinder bore adopts a platform mesh honing design. The perfect geometric structure effectively prevents oil leakage, and the use of advanced technology such as new piston ring components and gasket crimping and molding reduces oil loss.
The size of the engine is smaller than that of the same type of engine, the maintenance space is large, and the maintenance is faster.
Strong interchangeability, more convenient equipment upgrades.
