DCEC 4B3.9-G11 generator drive engine is a 4-cylinders in line,3.9 liter four-strokes engine with 102mm bore and 120mm stroke. Equipped with Weifu A pump and RSV governor,

The prime power for 50HZ generator set (1500RPM) of DCEC 4B3.9-G11 generator drive engine is 20 kW. The prime power for 60HZ generator set (1800RPM) of DCEC 4B3.9-G11 generator drive engine is 23 kW.

1. Efficient and fuel-saving: the cylinder bore adopts a platform mesh honing design; the perfect geometric structure effectively prevents oil leakage.
2. adopts advanced technologies such as new piston ring components and gasket crimping molding to reduce oil loss.
3. Manufacturing process: The cylinder block and cylinder head adopt integrated design, which eliminates the occurrence of engine water leakage and oil leakage.
4. The parts are about 40% less than other similar engines, and the failure rate is greatly reduced.
5. Strong power: adopts Holset supercharger with integral wastegate valve, low-speed response and strong power.
6. Advanced design and high-quality manufacturing, adaptable to severe operating conditions, high strength, and reliable operation under heavy load.
7. The advanced design enables the engine to obtain a larger liter of power, reaching 22.4kW/L, with a smaller specific weight.
8. Equipped with an air intake electric preheating device and a 6.6kW high-power starter, which completely improves the engine’s cold start performance.
